Luggage Suitable to be Carried On
When it comes to air travel, carry-on luggage is a way to keep your personal belongings close and prevent them from becoming lost. Not all luggage containers are suitable to be carried on. In terms of what is accepted, consult with the airline ahead of time to determine the exact maximum dimensions and weight of a piece of carry-on luggage. We all know the traditional carry-ons, Coleman Molded Deluxe Briefcase, but other acceptable items include backpacks, duffel bags, and rolling duffel bags. In general, one of these luggage containers will be an acceptable carry-on with most airlines, if it is accepted by another.
Remember when you carry your luggage to pack light; avoid bringing things like hygiene products as these can be purchased on location. Also remember that most hotels will have dry cleaning services, so it’s not always necessary to bring more than two to three days worth of clothing.
