Spontaneous Romantic Getaways
It’s important for couples, new and old, to have a spontaneous getaway together now and then. Far too often couples, especially those who are married, become bogged down with everyday life and don’t have time for each other. For couples like that, there’s nothing that rejuvenates a relationship like getting out and experiencing the world with each other. It’s important to introduce a little bit of spontaneity into all relationships to ensure love doesn’t become an act of monotony. There have been numerous studies conducted that illustrate couples who spend time together on a regular basis stick together longer, and also find it easier to work through tough periods in their relationships.
One of the best ways to introduce a little spontaneity into a relationship is to plan a romantic getaway, with plan being a loosely defined word in this case. Plan an overnight to a bed and breakfast, and just take a rolling garment bag for clothes. Let the kids stay with relatives or friends for the weekend and spend time together at a resort or even enjoying the great outdoors. These kinds of little spontaneous vacations can save and improve relationships.
